You can add a Tenant Credit Check to your profile then share it with any landlord or agent. You can use it to appply for as many tenancies as you like.
How to Get a Credit Check
You add Credit Check to your profile as follows:
- Sign in and go to the My Profile page
- Click on Get Your Own Credit Check button
- Complete your details and pay for the check
The report will be added to your profile.
Send Credit Check to Landlord or Letting Agent
Once you have added a report to your profile, you can share it with any landlord or letting agent as follows:
- Go to the My Profile page
- Look in the Credit Check panel and click on the View Report button
- Click on the Send to Landlord/Agent button
- Complete the landlord or agent details and then click the Send button
The landlord or agent wil be sent an invitation email with a link to the report.
Does a Credit Check Affect My Credit Rating?
No, it is a soft check so it does not affect your credit rating in any way.
