How Do I Share a Tenant Credit Check?

There are two ways that you can share a credit check:

1. You can share the details of a credit check that the landord then purchases
2. Or you purchase a credit check and share it with the landlord.

Landlord Purchases Report

If you want to share the details of your check that the landlord is to purchase:

1. Go to the My Profile page
2. Click on the Get Your Own Credit Check button
3. Complete the details and match the address
4. On the Confirm page click Send to Landlord
5. Fill out their details and send the invitation

The landlord or agent will be sent an email with a link to the report and instructions for how to purchase.

You Purchase the Report

You can purchase your Tenant Credit Check and share it with a letting agent or landlord as follows:

1. Go to the My Profile page
2. Click on the Get Your Own Credit Check button
3. Complete the details and match the address
4. On the Confirm page click Buy Check Now
5. Make payment using a credit or debit card. The report will be created
6. From the report page, click on the Send to Landlord/Agent button
7. If they are a Contact or Connection click on the Choose button
8. If they are not, fuill out their details and click Send to Landlord

The landlord or agent will be sent an email with a link to the report.
